Harvest - Beginner Reformer

Our "Harvest" Class gives clients the opportunity to learn the basic principles of pilates through an introductory 50- minute session. This class will still be a killer workout, but it will focus of clients learning proper spine alignment and the basics!

Mince’ - All Levels Reformer

Our "Mince'" Class is our signature class, good for all levels. This class will give clients an opportunity for a full body workout experience. We will work on core, obliques, legs, and arms... not in that order!

Finish - Athletic Reformer

Our "Finish" Class is our Intermediate/ Athletic reformer class. We will have a full body workout experience focusing on core, obliques, arms and legs. We will use weighted props to intensify the class. It's a killer workout!
